Chief Experience Officer
Jackie brings 25+ years of experience designing and executing high-stakes conferences, corporate meetings, and large-scale events for some of the most recognized organizations in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
She founded Spark Events on a simple belief: events should do more than happen — they should move people, build momentum, and deliver measurable results. Under her leadership, Spark Events has become a trusted partner for technology companies, nonprofits, associations, and government agencies, with a portfolio spanning 100+ events across the U.S.
Jackie is also the co-founder of Event Pro Suite, an all-in-one software platform built by event planners, for event planners. Spark Events is a certified Minority-Woman Owned Business (MWBE).

Jessica Foss serves as Spark Events' Director of National Sales, specializing in site selection, venue sourcing, and hotel contract negotiations. She helps clients find the perfect destinations and venues for meetings, conferences, and incentive programs.

Darryn Demarce
Event Director
With over 15 years in the event industry, Darryn has developed a deep passion for creating unforgettable experiences. From the early planning stages to the final outcome, he loves bringing people together in ways that feel seamless, exciting, and meaningful.
Along the way, he has gained a strong understanding of event logistics and all the moving pieces that make an event truly successful. Whether it's a corporate conference, a social celebration, or a large-scale production, Darryn thrives on turning ideas into reality while keeping things stress-free for clients.
His goal is always to blend style with strategy—making sure every event is not only visually stunning but also runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Creative Director
Celeste believes the power of details profoundly enhances the human experience within any environment. Since 1997, her journey has intertwined with architects, interior designers, landscape architects, project managers, and clients, crafting award-winning Environmental Graphic Design systems.
Her innate understanding of artistry and beauty has been recognized with numerous industry awards, including Interior Design Project of the Year.
She focuses on the 'moment' of engagement, deeply understanding how details interact with each environment and translate identity into signage and wayfinding. Her experience ensures that every aspect of an event's design and execution contributes to a cohesive, impactful experience for all attendees.
